The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time IT Technician to join our team at Lambeau Field, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. With all technology at your fingertips and the Operation Lead by your side, you will work to support daily technical operations at Lambeau Field. Responsibilities

• Provide IT maintenance and support for desktops, laptops and end-user support for hardware and software systems
• Assist implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North
• Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user account and computer configurations for team members
• Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events
• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process using ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical support role
• Experience with point of sale systems, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows OS
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry
• Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
