Am Law 200 firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal with 5+ years of litigation and trial experience to join their San Diego office. This role provides hands-on support to attorneys throughout all phases of case management—from initial filings through trial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and organize documents
  • Prepare materials for production and discovery
  • Assist attorneys with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Draft and prepare subpoenas
  • Support attorneys with filings and service of documents
  • Manage e-discovery tasks and technology tools

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, including state and federal court work. Commercial litigation experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program (required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, Adobe, and e-discovery platforms
  • Experience with tools such as Trial Director, CaseMap, and Everlaw
  • Strong understanding of ESI processing and e-discovery best practices
  • Ability to learn and work with emerging AI technology
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
