Compensation: 75% of linehaul and 100% of fuel surcharge.

Sign-On Bonus:

• 1 driver referred / 1,000 miles a week min., payable after 90 days or more

• 10 drivers referred / 1, 000 miles a week min., payable after each driver has been on for 90 days or more
  • $2,000

Qualifications:

· Have only one valid CLD & current DOT medical card not expiring in the next 90 days

· No DWI/DUI or criminal offense in the last 7 years

· Have a present CDL for the past 24 months with a minimum of 24 months verified in the last 36 months operating the same type of vehicle to be insured

· Must be at minimum 25 years old

· Must accept the R&R Family of Companies in the National Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse. (NOTE: NDAC will release positive results in the past 3 years)

· Must have a CSA score of less than 100 for the past 2 years. (NOTE: drivers with scores from 51-99 are evaluated on an individual basis and may be accepted on probation.)

· Truck must be manufactured in the year 2000 or sooner

· The engine must be modeled for the year 2000 or newer and capable of ELD compatibility
