CNC Machinist / Programmer (Mastercam) – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location : Longmont, CO

Pay : $35–$45 / hour (DOE)

Shifts Available : 1st & 2nd Shift

Employment Type : Full-time, on-site

About the Role

We're hiring CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers to support a precision machining shop in Longmont, Colorado . This role is ideal for candidates with strong setup, run, and programming experience using Mastercam . You'll be working on complex, tight-tolerance components in a modern shop environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Set up, operate, and program CNC mills (3-, 4-, and / or 5-axis)
  • Program parts using Mastercam
  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
  • Support jobs from setup through production
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality and tolerance requirements
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on the shop floor

What We're Looking For

  • CNC machining experience (setup & run required)
  • Mastercam programming experience (required)
  • Strong understanding of tooling, fixturing, and machining processes
  • Ability to hold tight tolerances
  • Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused

    • Nice to Have

  • 5-axis machining experience
  • Aerospace or precision manufacturing background
  • Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments
