Salesforce Developer

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

5+ years of Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex,

5+ Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration

Experience with application development, software integration, and system architecture Strong understanding of CRM and SaaS platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Experience with troubleshooting, providing technical support, and problem-solving Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or REST APIs is advantageous Good communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams Demonstrated knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) preferred Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience as a Salesforce Developer in designing and implementing enterprise workflows, CRM solutions, and custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using methodologies like Agile and Test-Driven Development.
• Expertise in Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Community.
• Skilled in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Experience in building Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools for connecting with external systems.
• Proficient in creating and managing Lightning pages, components, and UI customizations for optimal user experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Experience with Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards, including advanced analytics and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Model, including Objects, Relationships, and Schema Builder.
• Skilled in Salesforce deployment and release management using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with Salesforce AppExchange apps and custom app development.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies and hosting Salesforce in SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations with third-party tools like AWS, Azure, and marketing platforms.
• Skilled in Salesforce performance tuning and troubleshooting for optimal instance health.
