Position Overview

The Travel Superintendent - Solar will oversee solar installation projects across various sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role is critical in coordinating on-site activities, managing teams, and liaising with clients to deliver successful renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage solar installation projects at multiple locations.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee the acquisition of necessary permits and ensure all installations are compliant with local regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Supervise the installation of electrical systems and other components of solar energy systems.
• Manage commissioning processes for solar projects, ensuring systems are operational and meet design specifications.
• Provide training and support to site personnel on installation best practices and safety protocols.
• Implement SCADA and DAS systems for project monitoring and performance analysis.
