• Match invoices
• Process/email/fax orders
• Vendor calls
• Prepare A/P packets
• Misc. duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a current University of La Verne student with Federal Work Study eligibility for the 2025-2026 academic year
• Computer literate
• Personable
• Customer service skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
• Phone skills
• Clerical skills.

Benefits Summary Employees are eligible for the following benefits:
