As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your presence at the front desk will help to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeFri11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AMSat11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor building access and verify identification of individuals entering the location, assisting with visitor management and access control processes.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as required, communicating with appropriate personnel and authorities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
  • Support Allied Universal in helping to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity within the premises through attentive observation and reporting.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
