Job Title : Locum Cardiovascular Surgeon

St. Marys Medical Center in Langhorne Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Locum Cardiovascular Surgeon to provide hospital-based rounding coverage. This opportunity awaits your expertise and is poised to begin as soon as credentialing is completed.

Practice Setting : Hospital based / rounding

Schedule : Nights and weekends

Dates of Coverage : To be determined

Call Ratio : 2 to 3 weekends a month

Operating Rooms : 16

Number of Cases per Day : 2

Trauma Level : Level 2

Patient Demographic : Adult and geriatric

Facility will reimburse travel costs including flight hotel rental car and mileage.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of cardiovascular surgeries including aneurysm repairs and femoral bypass surgeries.
• Carry out carotid artery endarterectomies and create vascular fistulas.
• Manage endovascular and open surgical reconstruction for deep vein occlusions.
• Provide endovascular therapy for peripheral artery disease and manage gangrene of the limbs.
• Treat additional vascular conditions such as vascular malformations and lymphedema.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage during scheduled nights and weekends.
