A company is looking for an Account Management (Mortgage Operations) professional.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of up to 30 clients
Communicate regularly with clients, adhering to specific communication SLAs
Review documentation and manage aged loans, including handling withdrawal and cancellation requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Mortgage, preferably in origination or correspondent lending
Strong working knowledge of Encompass
Client service focus with an emphasis on loan quality and risk management
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
