Responsible for setting up pro-active monitoring and providing support. 7+ years of experience across multiple technology disciplines 5+ years of experience in support and monitoring role for large applications Experience with Applications developed using Java, Angular, Spring boot, .Net Core, ASP.NET, Require.js, Angular, JSON, Node.js, Rest API, HTML5, etc. Experience with performance monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Dynatrace etc and log monitoring tools such as Splunk, Kibana etc Experience working with complex Web development projects Excellent troubleshooting skills Excellent technical knowledge with experience in supporting large-scale applications Ability to work both independently and collaboration with team Excellent planning and organizational skills Drive high severity production incident calls to quick resolution Pro-active monitoring to prevent major incidents Guide technical support staff and clients to investigate, analyze, and resolve highly complex technical problems Responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of performance problems. Responsibility :
Design and implement strategies to effectively monitor for application health, stability and performance
Work with application development, network, database, and infrastructure specialists to identify and implement performance improvements.
o Collaborate with developers to promote performance engineering best practices to catch performance earlier in the SDLC life cycle
