This is a full-time, direct hire role where you'll work closely with the Operations team, manage critical processes in their inventory system, and help ensure everything is moving forward smoothly. This role is offering long-term stability, growth, and strong internal support.
Operations Admin Responsibilities Include : Working daily in the ERP inventory system Ensuring ingredients are received, tested, and entered correctly with sufficient quantities available Tracking and entering orders, lots, and production data into the system Following up on processes to ensure timelines are met and nothing stalls Partnering closely with the Operations team to keep production moving efficiently Taking ownership of tasks and helping wherever needed to get the job done
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who takes pride in ownership and follow-through. Operations Admin Requirements : Experience working in an ERP or inventory system Strong administrative and organizational skills Comfortable working with ingredients, suppliers, and inventory tracking Background in supplements, cosmetics, food production, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and process management skills Open to working Fridays as needed to meet production deadlines
Pay : $60 to $70K or depending on experience
Schedule : Full-time, 4 days / 10-hour shifts (with flexibility on Fridays as needed)
