Benefits :
Full-Time hourly position with benefits as follows : PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, Short-term disability and Life Insurance all available after 60 days; eligible for the 401k with % match after 1 Year.
Preferred Qualifications :
Outgoing and professional
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Self-Starter with good organization and prioritization skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
Below is a list of duties that you may be asked to perform but the position is considered flexible and duties can be vary as needed by the team.
General Admin Duties :
Greet guests & answer phones
Open & distribute mail
Scan receipts & light filing
Calendar Management for partners & admin
Meetings : run agenda, zoom set up, meals / refreshments, taking & distributing notes
Planning & coordinating & catering company events : happy hours, team building, holiday parties, and in person client meetings.
General office & breakroom tidiness
Office supplies orders, inventory & organization
Maintain Coffee Machine & supplies.
Weekly HEB order for employee kitchen & occasional Costco run.
Water office plants
Assist with coordinating office maintenance / repair services
Setup employee workstations & coordinate with IT support
Civil Support tasks :
Email management, online payments & receipts for COA permits
Assist in preparing reports & applications, downloading documents, and compiling checklist items.
Arranging delivery of documents : USPS Certified mail, courier orders, print services, hand delivery to Travis County Tax office and COA Permitting & Development Center.
Misc Errands & Partner Support :
Order lunches
Pickup / drop off dry cleaning
Amazon returns
Schedule vehicle maintenance
Other miscellaneous errands
