Associate Program Manager, Employee Experience

Whats the Short Version

The Associate Program Manager Employee Experience supports the design coordination and ongoing enhancement of SanMars onboarding offboarding internship and employee recognition programs. This role is the primary facilitator of New Employee Orientation ensuring every new hire feels welcomed informed and connected from day one. The Associate Program Manager drives engagement retention and alignment with company values at every stage of the employee journey.

What Will You Be Doing

• Guide the ongoing development and implementation of onboarding offboarding internship and recognition programs.
• Facilitate and support New Employee Orientation sessions serving as a resource for new hires and helping ensure a positive engaging introduction to SanMar.
• Manage all administrative aspects of programs including workflow process documentation logistics and cross-functional coordination (HR IT Recruiting department leaders).
• Review program effectiveness based on data and feedback provide recommendations and implement improvements to strengthen employee experience and program outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate requirements including quality measures and quality assurance standards.
• Analyze and present data to stakeholders over course of the program.
• Act as key contact for cross-functional teams regarding systems processes and data related to the program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

What Are We Looking For

Whats Our Offer

Salary Range : Youll earn between $80170 - $100000 annually depending on experience.

Bonus : Youll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.

Paid Time Off : Youll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect

Hybrid : SanMars Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8 : 00-5 : 00 PST. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
