[job_card.job_description]Lead financial modeling, valuation analyses, and scenario assessments. Drive components of commercial, financial, and operational due diligence. Prepare investment memos and materials for internal IC discussions. Coordinate with external advisors (consultants, accountants, legal, etc.). Support negotiation of transaction terms and deal structuring. Partner with management teams to analyze KPIs, monitor performance, and evaluate strategic initiatives. Support value-creation projects including pricing, go-to-market, digital acceleration, and M&A. Contribute to board materials, strategic planning, and budgeting processes. Relevant undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance. 4-6 years’ total work experience ideally 1-3 years in a top-tier investment banking analyst or associate program followed by 2-4 years of investing experience. Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and technology implementation. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. $275k - $350k total.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Investment Sourcing & Thematic Work
- Support proactive sourcing by developing sector theses across healthcare (services, technology, IT) verticals.
- Build relationships with founders, bankers, advisors, and industry operators.
- Track market trends, competitive landscapes, and whitespace opportunities.
