Established growth equity fund seeking experienced Senior Associate to join NY-based investment team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Investment Sourcing & Thematic Work

  • Support proactive sourcing by developing sector theses across healthcare (services, technology, IT) verticals.
  • Build relationships with founders, bankers, advisors, and industry operators.
  • Track market trends, competitive landscapes, and whitespace opportunities.

Deal Evaluation & Execution

  • Lead financial modeling, valuation analyses, and scenario assessments.
  • Drive components of commercial, financial, and operational due diligence.
  • Prepare investment memos and materials for internal IC discussions.
  • Coordinate with external advisors (consultants, accountants, legal, etc.).
  • Support negotiation of transaction terms and deal structuring.

    • Portfolio Support

  • Partner with management teams to analyze KPIs, monitor performance, and evaluate strategic initiatives.
  • Support value-creation projects including pricing, go-to-market, digital acceleration, and M&A.
  • Contribute to board materials, strategic planning, and budgeting processes.

    • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance.
  • 4-6 years’ total work experience ideally 1-3 years in a top-tier investment banking analyst or associate program followed by 2-4 years of investing experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and technology implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    • COMPENSATION

  • $275k - $350k total.
