Position Summary
As an LPN at Charter Senior Living, you are a key clinical support provider for our residents in Assisted Living. You will deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care during overnight hours, helping ensure safety, comfort, and dignity while fostering a calm and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Document nursing services and resident responses clearly
Collaborate with caregivers and leadership to support resident needs
Provide care with patience, compassion, and professionalism
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the applicable state
Assisted Living experience preferred
Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts (6p–6a)
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with a heart for senior care
