Director of Accounting - Finance Shared Services

Location : San Antonio, TX - Relocation Available

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $140,000 - $170,000 annually (plus bonus and comprehensive benefits)

We have worked with the company for many years and have a track record of success placing key accounting, finance and operational staff. The Leaders are smart, collaborative, innovative and open to new ideas. Lead and build a Finance Shared Services organization focused on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Project Accounting . Drive process standardization , automation , and operational excellence across financial operations.

What You'll Do :

  • Centralize AR , AP , and Project Accounting functions.
  • Standardize workflows and ensure GAAP compliance .
  • Oversee invoicing, payments, and project financial reporting.
  • Implement automation and ERP tools (Deltek, OneStream).
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's in Accounting / Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years progressive experience, 5+ in leadership.
  • Expertise in GAAP , shared services , and project accounting .
  • ERP proficiency and strong leadership skills.
