  • Location : Oakland, CA (Hybrid)
  • Duration : 6 Months

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Administrative & Event Operations Coordinator to support business operations and large-scale event planning. This role requires strong independent work skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and event-related tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and task-management abilities
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and support large-scale events, ensuring timelines, logistics, and deliverables are met
  • Create and maintain standard reports and ad hoc queries in Excel
  • Perform data entry and create transmittal documents with high accuracy
  • Manage various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Take detailed meeting notes and lead meetings when required
  • Maintain task lists, track progress, and take ownership of assigned activities
  • Navigate internal systems and intranet resources to independently find answers and resolve issues
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on health and safety requirements
  • Handle verbal and written instructions from multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience planning and supporting large events
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent professional email writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently after training and remain resourceful in problem-solving
  • Strong note-taking and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products :
