Coordination of design plans with inner office personnel, client, and city review team. Attend meetings regarding your project and obtain approval through all local and state governing agencies. Education and/or Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or a closely related field) from an accredited college or university 0-4 years of experience (Design Engineer), 4+ year (Project Engineer) Experience with Civil 3D desired, but not required. Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic computer programs (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, culvert/open channel design tools) desired but not required.
