Responsibilities :

  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to meet or exceed daily production goals.
  • Interpret daily workload requirements and assign duties accordingly to maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
  • Enforce adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Provide feedback to the department manager on staff performance and production improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requires to support production operations.

Skills and experience :

  • Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-orientated with a commitment to quality, safety and process compliance.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing
