Top 6 Must-Have Skillset :

  • Java - Advanced proficiency in Java for backend development.
  • Spring Boot - Experience building scalable microservices and enterprise applications.
  • RESTful APIs - Proven ability to design and consume APIs in distributed systems.
  • JMS / MQ - Knowledge of message queues such as IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
  • SQL - Strong database skills for querying, optimizing, and maintaining relational databases.
  • AWS - Practical experience deploying applications and services using AWS tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Create and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party applications.
  • Implement asynchronous messaging with JMS / MQ for event-driven architecture.
  • Collaborate with database administrators to write complex SQL queries and optimize performance.
  • Deploy and manage services in AWS cloud environments , ensuring scalability and security.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Work collaboratively with front-end developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of fullstack or backend development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
