Front of House Team Member (Guest Services)

Salary: $9.98-$16/hr

Position Overview: As a Bolay Guest Services Team Member, you'll be the face of our brand, working in the Front of House to craft delicious 'BOLS' for our guests. In a fast-paced environment, you'll thrive by providing accurate orders and delivering fast, friendly service. A day in the life of a Guest Service Team Member

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated
• Ensure guests are taken care of quickly, efficiently, and in a manner that will make them a guest for life
• Handcraft guest Bol orders with speed, service, and a smile, prioritizing quality and guest satisfaction
• Efficiently ring in orders, take payment, give change, and execute with accuracy and speed
• Deliver "table" service to guests in the dining room, offering refills and extending hospitality attentiveness
• Engage with guests, build lasting relationships, and foster an environment of warmth and welcoming
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment by wiping down tables, chairs, and highchairs after each guest and disposing of waste
• Work closely with your team to achieve success, demonstrating our core value of teamwork in every interaction

Requirements

• Must be 16 yrs. or older
• Stand up/be on your feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift over 25lbs
• Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrist
• Maintain a clean and neat workstation following health code and sanitation standards
