Compensation :

$97,500 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Assist experienced agents in generating and nurturing leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
• Participate in client meetings and property showings to gain firsthand experience in building client relationships.
• Support the preparation and presentation of property listings, learning the nuances of effective marketing strategies.
• Engage in daily training sessions to enhance your understanding of the real estate market and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative solutions for client needs.
• Shadow seasoned agents during negotiations to understand the art of closing deals successfully.
• Contribute to administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient client service delivery.
