Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $23-$30 per hour
Location: San Jose, CA
Experience: 6+ months of Customer Service experience

We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are currently in need of an experienced Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Associate for a bona fide top employer in this market!

Customer Service Representative Job Duties include:

• Answer inbound calls from customers

• Provide product information on customer orders

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints

• Provide follow-up calls to customers

• Research information using multiple resources

• Route call to the appropriate resource

Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills include:

• Strong computer skills including data entry/typing

• Multitasking skills are strongly needed

• Professional phone etiquette

Customer Service Representative Requirements may include:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Able to provide 2 professional references

• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
