Schedule Details : Nights, 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.

Incentives : $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for 3rd Shift, up to $20,000 in Student Loan Forgiveness.

Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, providing care for a diverse patient population including :

Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections

Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgery

Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program

High-volume cervical and spinal surgery cases alongside medical overflow

As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), you'll gain exposure to the latest techniques in neurosurgical care.

Your Role :

Deliver and coordinate high-quality, evidence-based patient care

Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Utilize critical thinking and communication skills to support a positive patient experience

Major Responsibilities :

Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and families

Qualifications :

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice

BLS certification from AHA

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift, carry, and push / pull as needed

May be exposed to hazardous materials and requires protective gear
