A premier, top-ranked Dermatology and Plastic Surgery group in Arizona is expanding and seeking a Dermatologist and/or Mohs Surgeon to anchor a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the affluent West Phoenix suburbs.

Anticipated Opening: July 2026
Flexible Start: Physicians may start earlier at an established location while the new office is built, marketed, and ramped.

At a Glance:

Position: Dermatologist and/or Mohs
• MD/DO
• Open to new grads or experienced physicians
• 4 or 5-day workweek
• Clinic / Private Practice setting
• Practice what you re passionate about: medical, surgical, cosmetic
• Physician autonomy on volume (minimum 30 patients/day)
• Leadership role with future team of up to 4 PAs underneath

Compensation Highlights:

• $400,000 $500,000 base salary (top of range for the right cultural fit)
• 50% collections-based bonus structure
• Additional upside once PAs are in place (% of their collections)
