Reporting Analyst

Description & Requirements

Maximus is seeking a dynamic and motivated Reporting Analyst to contribute to the General Services Administration within an energetic contact center that services a variety of federal agencies. In this role, you'll play a vital part in generating insightful reports and interactive dashboards that empower our operational leaders to make strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include producing daily reports for clients and conducting ad hoc analyses to identify crucial trends and data patterns.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

Important Notice: This position is contingent upon contract award. All candidates must be able to pass a federal background check. Necessary equipment will be provided, granted it meets the remote position criteria outlined below.

Home Office Requirements:

• Internet speed of 25 Mbps or more; 50 Mbps required for shared internet connectivity.
• Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps.
• Internet connection must be via Category 5 or 6 Ethernet cable to the router.
• A private, secure workspace with reliable power supply.
• Candidate must currently and permanently reside in the continental US.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage database administration, data consolidation, analysis, and reporting for management.
• Design reports aligned with stakeholder needs to support key business strategies.
• Execute data queries, extraction, manipulation, and analysis to develop effective reporting solutions.
• Monitor customer usage, enhancements, and reporting tools, ensuring system security.
• Create user guides and provide training on database report usage as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics within a call center environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy is a plus.
• Highly adaptable to new technologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Tools & Technologies:

• SKPI / MicroStrategy for performance metrics and monitoring KPIs.
• Amazon Connect as a Contact Center Telephony Platform.
• Microsoft Excel for standard spreadsheet tasks.
• Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Power Apps for developing applications to assist data entry by Supervisors.
• Power Automate to streamline daily operational workflows.

Minimum Salary: $44,800.00

Maximum Salary: $69,400.00
