A company is looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer - Conversion & Product Experience Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX strategy, visual design, and interface systems across the website
Design high-conversion landing pages for various HVAC buyer intents
Create the full UI and UX flow for a new interactive guided buying experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience designing complex consumer-facing products or e-commerce experiences
A portfolio showcasing elegant UX systems and conversion-focused design
Experience working directly with developers in a product environment
Ability to simplify complex decision flows into intuitive user journeys
Comfort with iterative design, prototyping, and data-informed decisions
