Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $95,000-$115,000 / year DOE

Position Summary
Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide both professional and personal administrative support to the Chairman & CEO. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner responsible for managing the Chairman’s time, coordinating complex logistics, and handling a variety of day-to-day tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments while prioritizing competing demands.
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and maintain agendas, schedules, and briefing materials for meetings and events.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and general deputy of the Chairman’s time, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
- Handle a variety of administrative and personal tasks as directed by the Chairman & CEO.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive engagements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personal matters.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, correspondence, and organization of files and records.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a similar Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook calendar management.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and professional discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
