Netsuite Analyst

We are looking for a Netsuite Analyst for a direct Manufacturing client.

Job Description:
* Take charge of establishing the financial setup for the global ERP solution.
* Collaborate closely with the global Finance team and various stakeholders at the company headquarters to identify business requirements and convert them into reliable, scalable technical solutions.
* Lead the implementation, training, and successful integration of newly developed functions, while maintaining regular collaboration with the global finance team.
* Display a strong passion for assisting small-sized businesses in effectively utilizing NetSuite to enhance their operations.
* Facilitate sessions with clients to map out business processes and gather requirements for the NetSuite system.
* Configure and implement NetSuite to address specific business needs and processes, such as system setup, Chart of Accounts, advanced accounting configuration, procure-to-pay, inventory management, manufacturing, warehouse management, fulfillment, and fixed asset management.
* Develop comprehensive and forward-looking Business Intelligence reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
* Customize and tailor Oracle NetSuite ERP according to business requirements, including the creation of custom forms, custom fields, and custom records. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and establish test cases to ensure successful system configuration.
* Generate training and support documentation, and conduct end-user training to encourage user adoption.
* Manage the deployment processes to ensure a smooth software launch and uninterrupted business operations.
* Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional team members.
* Prioritize project workload to achieve milestones and objectives.
* Work with the knowledge and training teams to integrate training within the Finance framework.
* Facilitate knowledge transfer among the team of specialists.


Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, finance, information systems, or a related field is required.
* More than 5 years of experience working with NetSuite or other ERP solutions is necessary.
* The ability to convert customer business requirements into effective solutions, whether through software development or process re-engineering, is essential.
* Strong finance and accounting background, including knowledge of GL, AR, AP, asset accounting, intercompany transactions, cost accounting, cash management, and GL consolidation.
* Proficient understanding of US GAAP principles.
* Proficiency in accrual reconciliation, cash reconciliation, and troubleshooting bank interfaces is mandatory.
* Familiarity with COGS and intercompany processes in a manufacturing environment.
* Excellent client management skills and the capability to execute implementation plans effectively.
* Thorough understanding of Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Project to Cash functionalities within NetSuite.
* Provide training to business users on Oracle NetSuite ERP during bi-yearly upgrades or when introducing customized features to the production system.
* Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and manage multiple deadlines.
* Self-directed and capable of working independently while taking direction when necessary.
* Project management and presentation skills are considered advantageous.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly builds/unbuilds, work orders, bill of materials (BOM), demand planning, and manufacturing routing.
* Understanding of inventory management, including purchase requisitions and orders, item receipt, order fulfillment, inventory transfer, location/bin management, item costing, and integration with sales and materials management (SD/MM), focusing on FI/CO integration.
