DESCRIPTION
Immediate opportunity for Accounting Analyst with well established, industry leading brand in great central location.
Assist in executing reporting processes and analysis to enhance business performance of multiple entities.
Collaborate with teams to gather and organize financial data from multiple sources.
Assist in managing the month-end accounting close process for 80+ entities, ensuring deadlines are met.
Consolidate financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) from various sources into comprehensive reports.
Monitor financial and business trends, performing in-depth analysis to identify anomalies or areas of concern.
Conduct working capital reviews to assess liquidity and financial health of entities.
Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and tools to ensure data accuracy and facilitate report generation.
Continuously improve reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate inputs for forecasts and budgets.
Position involves heavy involvement in month end, consolidating trial balances of multiple entities, verifying the accuracy of GL balances and other key metrics, and communicating variances with regional managers in order to resolve differences vs. budget.
Responsible for distribution of daily and monthly reports
Must be self-starter, high level Excel.
