Job Title : Electrical Assembler II
Summary
A manufacturing facility is seeking an Electrical Assembler II to support electrical, electronic, and instrumentation assembly as part of the production team. This role works closely with the Electrical Lead and is responsible for assembling, wiring, and supporting electrical systems while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform electrical assembly tasks according to blueprints, schematics, bills of material, and work instructions
- Work scheduled shifts including overtime and weekends as required
- Follow all PPE and safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture
- Assemble and wire 12V and 24V electrical circuits and components
- Wire battery, alternator, control box, and power distribution systems
- Build general control boxes and perform panel assembly
- Meet established quality and productivity standards
- Assist with training and supporting other team members as assigned
- Follow communication and escalation protocols for non-standard materials or processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Material handling techniquesWiring and assembly of electrical systemsControl panel and power distribution assemblyUnderstanding of 12V and 24V electrical systemsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsWork Environment
Manufacturing environment with exposure to PPE requirements including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe shoesTypical plant lighting, equipment, and ambient temperaturesPhysical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand as neededStanding and walking throughout the shiftReaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting as required within job guidelinesAdditional Requirements
