REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Prior finance experience (will be working with internal financial applications and finance teams)
  • OneStream Financial Software experience

3-5 Must Haves

  • Strong IT Project / Program Management experience with Finance Systems
  • Experience working closely with Finance Teams and Applications prior hands on Finance experience is a big plus
  • Must have OneStream experience
  • Experience working in manufacturing ideally automotive is strongly preferred

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership :

    • Drive end-to-end delivery of finance transformation programs ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

  • Manage scope timelines budgets and resources across multiple projects within the program.
  • Finance Systems Expertise :

    • Oversee implementation integration and optimization of OneStream and related financial platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management :

    • Collaborate with Finance IT and executive leadership to define program goals and success metrics.

  • Communicate progress risks and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
  • Governance & Risk Management :

    • Establish program governance frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Identify and manage risks issues and dependencies across projects.
  • Change Management & Adoption :

    • Develop strategies for user adoption and training to maximize ROI on finance systems investments.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in finance processes.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Information Technology Finance Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Experience :

    • 8 years of IT program / project management experience with at least 5 years in finance systems and transformation initiatives.

  • Proven experience implementing and managing OneStream solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes (planning budgeting forecasting consolidation).
  • Skills :

    • Expertise in program governance budgeting and resource management.

  • Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and integration with financial platforms.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP PgMP or similar program management certification.
  • Experience in large-scale finance transformation programs within global organizations.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based financial solutions and emerging technologies.
