In this crucial role within our Infrastructure and Services Group, you will :

• Design and develop HVAC and plumbing systems, focusing on master planning, feasibility studies, and mechanical systems like co-generation, all while integrating sustainability principles and ensuring client compliance.
• Review draft designs to maintain adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Conduct site reviews and studies, aligning designs to specific location requirements and adjusting design needs as necessary.
• Enhance the firm's Technical Knowledge Management by developing white papers and technical design documentation, contributing to technical journals.
• Participate in industry conferences and symposia to elevate the firm's visibility, while collaborating with sales teams to maximize outreach.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their professional growth and supervising project work as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.
