The Early Careers Program is a 13-week summer program designed to provide real-world work experience to students currently pursuing a degree in a related field to FlexGen.  This program will give students interested in a career in renewable energy and battery storage space hands-on exposure to FlexGen projects and mentorship from industry professionals.  Upon completion of the program, students will have gained the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful upon entering the professional world.

Position Description :

The Projects Operations Intern will provide critical administrative and organizational support to the Field Operations team. This role is designed for a motivated, detail-oriented individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in operational support, logistics, and energy industry workflows. The intern will assist with documentation, scheduling, reporting, and coordination efforts that enable successful field execution across multiple projects. This position offers exposure to real-world operations within a fast-paced engineering and energy-focused environment.

Major Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Assist with organizing, maintaining, and updating Field Operations documentation.
• Support preparation and distribution of reports, forms, and field-related records.
• Help maintain digital files, project folders, and shared resource libraries.
