Key Responsibilities
Manage and qualify inbound demand from Commercial accounts
Engage with prospects through live chat and convert conversations into qualified meetings
Maintain CRM hygiene and track qualification outcomes for leads
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in BDR / SDR, inbound sales, or demand qualification
Experience in B2B technology, preferably in infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Ability to understand technical concepts at a high level
Understanding of qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC or BANT
