IT Associate I - Service Desk

A IT Associate provides technical support and assistance, whether on the phone, in person, or remotely, related to computer systems, hardware, and software. A IT Associate responds to customer queries to provide technical assistance.

• Diagnose computer errors and troubleshoot computer software, hardware, and networking issues.
• Provide technical support to remedy computer problems.
• Follow up with users after problems have been resolved.
• Install and configure software and operating systems, and update these systems when necessary.
• Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
• Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems,

hardware, and software.

• Train computer users.

• Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Display an openness to learning new technologies.

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent coursework.
• Minimum Preferred: 1+ years' working in a technical environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. #LI-AS1
