Job Title : Operator - Injection Molding

Department : Manufacturing

FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt

Revision Date : 5 / 5 / 25

Reports to : Production Supervisor

Primary Purpose : Operates an injection molding machine by assembling, inspecting and packing parts that meet or exceed our customer's expectations.

Essential Functions :

  • Operates injection molding machine per work instructions.
  • Inspects parts per quality instructions.
  • Packs parts per packing instructions.
  • Assembles parts per assembly instructions.
  • Completes necessary production paperwork.
  • Cleans assigned work area and surrounding area.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications :

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to communicate verbally, visually and in writing.

    • Physical Requirements : standing, bending, lifting to 30 lbs., kneeling
