Travel Requirements
Full-time travel with projects primarily in the Central and Eastern Time ZonesHome every 4 weeks (with all travel expenses covered)Key Responsibilities
Lead field operations from mobilization through to project closeoutManage site safety, adherence to schedule, quality control, and subcontractor coordinationCollaborate with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors for smooth operationsSupervise tilt-wall and precast installation to ensure top-quality resultsDrive project schedule adherence for large, complex construction sitesUphold high standards for workmanship and compliance with regulationsQualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent for $20M+ ground-up commercial or industrial projectsStrong expertise in warehouse, cold storage, or manufacturing constructionHands-on experience with tilt-wall and precast systemsProven ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractorsWillingness and capability to travel extensivelyOutstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCompensation & Benefits
