Interventional Radiology Technologist - Joliet, Illinois

This contract role offers a 10-hour day shift schedule with a focus on IR/vascular imaging, including peripheral interventions (PEs). Candidates with a strong background in interventional radiology and vascular procedures, plus prior travel contract experience, are encouraged to apply.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Contract
• Shift: 10-hour day shift
• On-call: Approximately 10-12 call days per month, responding within 30 minutes
• Weekend: No scheduled weekends unless covering on-call shift
• Holiday: As needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IR/PV/vascular imaging
• Experience with peripheral interventions (PEs)
• At least one completed travel contract required
• Valid Illinois Radiologic Technologist License
• Current CPR and ACLS certification
• Previous travel experience highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional radiology and vascular imaging procedures
• Respond promptly to on-call vascular cases as required
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

Additional Requirements:

• Submission of updated resume, recent supervisor reference (within the last year), skills checklist, and Illinois license verification prior to start
• Ability to begin assignment within 2-3 weeks
