Customer Service Representative
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $23-$30 per hour
Location: San Jose, CA
Experience: 6+ months of Customer Service experience

Customer Service Representative Job Duties include:
Answer inbound calls from customers
Provide product information on customer orders
Resolve customer concerns and complaints
Provide follow-up calls to customers
Research information using multiple resources
Route call to the appropriate resource
Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills include:
Strong computer skills including data entry/typing
Multitasking skills are strongly needed
Professional phone etiquette
Customer Service Representative Requirements may include:
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Able to provide 2 professional references
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
