Hank's Seafood Restaurant is located in a turn-of-the-century warehouse overlooking the Charleston City Market. Hank's Seafood has been beautifully renovated to an ambiance that reflects Charleston's port history and family roots.

This individual is just starting in the restaurant world and seeks to go beyond an understanding of the menu. This person recognizes that a great experience allows guests to focus on enjoying their food and the ambiance so it is important to anticipate and fulfill guest needs before they ask. From swift delivery of food to refilling of drinks, this person creates a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new and inspired outlook on their surroundings.

Requested Tasks

• Set and prepare tables for dining, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist server with table service, including running food, serving beverages, etc.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
