Leading commercial construction company is seeking a detail oriented individual to provide direct support to the Superintendent and Project Manager for a commercial project located in Spokane, WA. Responsibilities: Responsible for reviews, processes and maintaining submittals and RFI'sReviews submittals for completeness and complianceCreate and maintain submittal logsUnderstand design change documentsCommunicate with owners Maintain customer relationshipsAssist tracking work orders Skills and Experience: Must have a BS in Construction Management Must demonstrate initiative and be able to work independently in areas of responsibility Must have excellent communication skills Have the ability to troubleshoot Have organization and time management skills.
