Responsibilities :
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with bank statements.
- Maintain accurate records of rental income, property sales, and purchases.
- Collaborate with property managers and agents to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Generate financial reports and summaries to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize QuickBooks to track and organize financial data efficiently.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software for accounting tasks.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.
- Familiarity with real estate financial practices and regulations.
