Key Responsibilities
Support Key Account Managers and coordinate business strategies for manufacturers
Manage contract entries, new item submissions, order issues, and price changes
Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with manufacturers and team members
Required Qualifications
Advanced level of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Experience with software programs relevant to the department
Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities effectively
Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage workload
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
