A company is looking for a Director of Amazon Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the strategic roadmap for Amazon, aligning it with the broader ecommerce ecosystem
Lead Amazon channel P&L and execute multi-year growth strategies, integrating brand initiatives and product roadmaps
Partner with creative teams to create Amazon-specific content and ensure a premium brand experience
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital retail, with 4+ years specifically managing Amazon
Proven success in owning an Amazon P&L and scaling a business in beauty or personal care
Expertise in Amazon content optimization, media strategy, and analytics
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agencies
Strong analytical skills with a command of Amazon data sources
