Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care and supports daily living activities to promote dignity, comfort, and well-being. CNAs work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for each resident.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and transfers)
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as directed
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Support restorative and rehabilitative care practices as instructed
- Respect residents' rights, dignity, and privacy at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery
Qualifications: - Active CNA certification in Minnesota
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans, policies, and instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as scheduled
