Respond to customer inquiries immediately. Learn and follow the scripting required by our process. Set appointments for our customers. Study learn and understand our maintenance we offer. Collect the total retail charges from the customer in cash check or authorized charge account. Provide the customer with the proper change and / or receipts. Properly document charge purchases according to the policies established by the office manager. Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies products and procedures. Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership. High School Diploma or equivalent. All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include : background checks MVR and drug testing in order to qualify for employment
