Position Summary :

The Volunteer Program Coordinator will support the "I Have A Dream" Foundation - Dallas in delivering high-quality programming to Dreamer Scholars. This is a volunteer position with no benefits. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, organized, and eager to help a growing organization expand its impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in creating and planning academic and enrichment programming
  • Support data entry into Salesforce and maintain program records
  • Attend program site sessions to interact with and support students
  • Help identify and coordinate with community partners for field trips and enrichment opportunities
  • Occasionally contribute light social media content to highlight program activities
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth program delivery

Qualifications :

  • Interest in education, youth services, or nonprofit work
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
  • Passion for educational equity
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
