This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and paid time off. / ph3Job Responsibilities / h3ulliProven experience as a carpenter. / liliMark cutting and assembly lines using pencils, chalk, and marking gauges. / liliShape materials to precise measurements using saws, chisels, planes, and related tools. / liliAssemble cut and shaped materials using nails, dowels, pins, or adhesives. / liliVerify structural integrity using levels, plumb bobs, and related tools. / liliInstall commercial window frames, doors, frames, weatherstripping, and interior / exterior hardware (locks, kick plates, letter drops, etc.). / liliPerform restoration of wood cornices, doors, windows, and other wood components. / liliMust be able to perform Dutchman repairs. / liliInstall restored architectural elements on site. / liliConstruct forms and chutes for concrete placement. / liliErect scaffolding and ladders for elevated work. / liliAssist with tasks related to concrete and masonry as needed. / liliAbility to work overtime when required. / liliProjects primarily located in Baltimore, Maryland. / li / ulh3Physical Requirements / h3ulliDependable, reliable, and able to meet job responsibilities consistently. / liliPerform physically demanding work, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. / liliAbility to perform coordinated hand and arm movements to assemble, manipulate, or grasp objects. / liliAbility to exert muscle force repeatedly or continuously. / liliAble to wear required PPE : safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, etc. / liliMust be able to climb and maintain balance on scaffolds two or more stories high. / liliMust be able to lift and carry 5080 lbs. / li / ulh3Qualifications / h3ulliMinimum 5 years of carpentry experience. / liliMust provide your own basic carpentry tools. / liliExperience working on historic properties is preferred. / li / ulh3Equal Opportunity Statement / h3pWorcester Eisenbrandt, Inc.
